But here are some pictures of the food after I remembered about using my dusty camera:
Satay, Grilled Mushroom and Grilled Pineapple. Sadly, the Grilled Mushroom and Pineapple were not refilled when I took this picture :(
Sashimi!
Hainanese Pork Chop
Chinese Rojak, topped with loads of peanuts!
Local delights. For those who can't give up the traditional taste of Singapore.
Mini dessert cups and mini cakes! The strawberry mousse and black sesame cakes were the best out of all the cakes for me. The kueh lapis was quite a fail though. Hard and almost tasteless. More close up pictures of the cakes and desserts below! :)
Japanese Teppanyaki
Deep Fried Fish. Not sure which type of fish they used though. Anyways, this poor little fish did not even have to survive on the plate for more than 10 minutes. It was devoured immediately when it came out and the waiters had to keep refilling it. So stake out at this plate if you ever want to get to try it.
Singapore desserts.DIY Ice Kacang Station (on the left) and Yam Paste with Ginko Nuts (on the right)
Various Thirst Quenchers
Tempura Section (plus Takoyaki Balls):
he tako balls weren't fantastic. It tasted mostly of flour with a minute piece of octopus in the centre. Unless you don't mind all the carbs, try not to touch these.
French Beans

Prawn
They had sweet potato too, but I didn't manage to get that on my camera.
Now, moving on to Seafood! I must say the seafood was extremely fresh, especially the oysters which were opened on the spot. Since Singaporeans, being the typical kiasus that we are, attacked the oysters like there was no tomorrow, the oysters were topped up frequently. Hence, FRESHNESS GUARANTEED!
The tag just says it all. Unfortunately, it was the only chinese soup they had. For the western side, they had cream of mushroom as well as minestrone soup.
Salad Bar

Roasted Pork Loin - the Highlight of the Day
Sushi Bar. The spicy tuna one tasted really strange though the spiciness was evident.
Western Fare:
Pizza
Stir Fried Carrots with Sliced Almonds (on the left) and Mushroom Gratin (in the middle). I can't remember the one on the right though. For cheese lovers, the mushroom is a must try.
Assorted Meats and Dory Fish
Crabs for the Chili Crabs at night which came with Fried Mantou too!
Everything and anything BBQ-ed
Finally, a few shots of what I actually :P
Choco mousse. They only brought this out like at the last hour, like literally.
Sadly, the photos couldn't be rotated, but food will still like food.
Fruit Bowl
Assorted Mini Cakes. Clockwise from the right: Blackforest, Kueh Lapis, Strawberry Mousse, Mango and Black Sesame
Rojak, but only the youtiao. Just the way I like it :)
Coconut Gelato
Tempura Prawns with Tempura Sauce
Overall, the atmosphere and food was not too bad. Make sure you visit the place with an empty stomach so that you will be able to fit in everything at the buffet.
